You can add your car online and we activate you but that will put your vehicle in the lowest category - Gango it it is inspected and you are properly graded.
If you can no longer able to add your vehicle on your own then you have to visit the office or get assistance from the offfice. Remember if your Vehicle is not inspected you will be in GANGO category even if the office assist you online.
