Remember you have CREDIT and CASH. Cash is what you can withdraw and can be transferred to CREDIT. CREDIT can not be moved and is only meant for rides.
Withdrawals - Minimum withdrawal is USD20.00. Withdrawals are done on the 1st day of the month with cut-off 11:59pm (Just before midnight). At midnight the list is autogenerated and sent to admin email.
Pay out date – Starts from the 10th till all companies settle. Recently we have had challenges making payment stretch out into the next month so we may expect up to the next payout date.
Payout methods - Ecocash (USD) so please update the ECOCASH information under MY PROFILE >> OTHER INFORMATION so that it shows exactly the information registered on your ECOCASH account.
Units Top-up - Online via the app and in ZiG (ZWG) or USD.
